Hi, I’m Nathan. I started my first business at 14, reselling luxury designer clothing and goods. It taught me fundamental lessons in pricing, demand, and opportunity. From then onwards, I decided to never work a job. I chose instead to follow in the pathway of business, inspired by an entrepreneurial father and brother (pictured). At 19, I launched Preluxed, my luxury brand consistently generating $10,000+ each month.

As the market shifted and growth slowed, I made a pivot. I moved away from inventory-heavy retail and towards Airbnb. I knew the market had to be tested, and that was exactly 11 months ago.

With $8,000 in starting capital, no partners or mentor, I launched my first Airbnb. I focused obsessively on pricing, launch timeframe, and systems.

Now, I’ve scaled to 18 properties, generating at peak up to $84,000 per week. Now I simply manage my day to day properties, and plan to share my tips with other motivated hustlers.

Rather than relying on traditional property ownership, I specialise in rental subletting, creating operational leverage without owning any properties. I’m committed to sharing access to opportunity, but I’m only keen on helping those who are willing to execute with relentless passion.
